As a vital member of the Plug team, Chad takes the lead on all new product launches in the Capital region, guiding his team through the intricacies of each new release with precision and expertise. Not only does he excel in steering new products to success, but Chad also rolls up his sleeves to tackle any bugs that may arise post-launch, ensuring that Plug’s products maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Beyond launching and troubleshooting, Chad’s hands-on approach extends to product assembly, where he meticulously ensures that each component comes together seamlessly. With his dedication to excellence and his hands-on approach, Chad plays a crucial role in driving Plug’s manufacturing goals..
